Fourth Annual North Pittsburgh Musical Showcase - Permission Slip Below are some forms and/or links to forms for the two clearances required by the state of PA for parental participation in student activities at Montour. Each clearance has a cost of $10 and takes some time to complete. You may want to be certain that your son or daughter will actually be participating in the musical this year before applying for these. These same clearances will serve for your participation in other student activities as well.
